My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was warm and cozy, with no drafts, albeit a bit old-fashioned, but still comfortable. I found the electrical kettle and complimentary coffee and water a nice touch. Sadly, the bed I slept in was not the most suitable for my preference as it was not the typical North American type.

The service at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff, especially the two young ladies at reception over the weekend, were extremely courteous, there were moments that left me a bit disappointed and slightly frustrated. Despite this, the service is usually excellent.
